2008 BMW 1 Series E87 MY07 120i Hatchback 5dr Auto 6sp 2.0i — Sapphire Black over black leather, M Sport package, black alloys, sunroof E87 120i M SPORT — BLACK ON BLACK ON BLACK. SUNROOF, M SPORT PACKAGE, REAR-WHEEL DRIVE. A GENUINELY EYE-CATCHING COMBINATION. The E87 1 Series holds a special place in the BMW story — the only premium hatchback of its era to send power to the rear wheels, with a near 50:50 weight distribution, a longitudinally mounted engine and classic BMW steering feel. This example is presented in the most striking specification possible: Sapphire Black Metallic over black leather, with black alloy wheels and the M Sport package — a true black-on-black-on-black combination that looks superb in person. The M Sport package brings M aerodynamic front and rear bumpers, side skirts, M Sport suspension with a lowered and firmer tune, M Sport front seats with additional bolstering, an M leather steering wheel, M door sill finishers, Anthracite headlining and the sportier instrument and trim detailing. Combined with the electric sunroof, the cabin feels considerably more special than a standard 120i. Highlights include: 2.0L naturally aspirated four-cylinder — 110kW / 200Nm 6-speed automatic with Steptronic manual mode Rear-wheel drive — near 50:50 weight distribution Sapphire Black Metallic over black leather M Sport package — exterior, suspension and interior Black alloy wheels Electric glass sunroof M Sport front seats M leather sports steering wheel with multifunction controls M Sport lowered suspension M door sill finishers and Anthracite headlining Climate control air conditioning Bluetooth and auxiliary audio connectivity Premium sound system with CD player Cruise control Rear parking sensors Power windows and electric folding mirrors Auto headlights and rain-sensing wipers Trip computer Run-flat tyres — no spare required Dynamic Stability Control and traction control Front, side and curtain airbags Four-wheel disc brakes with ABS A sharp-looking, properly specified E87 in the best colour combination — compact, rear-drive BMW motoring that is only becoming more appreciated.
