2005 Hyundai Tiburon GK MY05 V6 Coupe 2dr Spts Auto 4sp 2.7i — Rare V6, Silver metallic with black alloys
Increasingly hard to find in tidy, unmodified condition, particularly in V6 specification. Affordable, characterful and genuinely fun — this is the cheap thrill the modern market has largely forgotten about.. A genuinely well balanced small sports coupe, it's a real head turner — presented in Silver metallic and sitting on a set of black alloy wheels that give it a sharper, more modern edge.
At its heart is the sought-after 2.7-litre Delta V6 producing 123kW and 245Nm, driving the front wheels through a 4-speed sports automatic with Shiftronic-style manual selection. Smooth, torquey and characterised by a genuinely satisfying V6 note — it's the engine that separates the Tiburon from every other coupe at this price point and the reason the V6 models are the ones enthusiasts now chase.
Styled with clear Italian influence and often compared to far more expensive exotics of the era, the Tiburon's low-slung proportions, pop-out rear quarter glass and aggressive front-end treatment still turn heads two decades on. The chassis was developed with a proper multi-link rear setup, four-wheel disc brakes and quick steering, making it far more engaging through corners than its price would suggest — hence its reputation as a genuinely well balanced small sports coupe.
